The Site, “myautobiz.co” is owned and managed by JEYCA LLC, the “Company”. This Policy also covers how personal and other information that we receive or collect about you and your clients (“Clients”) is treated.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services available through this Site after such modifications will constitute your (a) acknowledgment of the modified Policy; and (b) your agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.

1. Types of Information We Collect

In order to better provide you with our Service, we collect two types of information about our users: Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Aggregate Information.

JEYCA LLC and “myautobiz.co” do not collect any PII about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain PII to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) uploading individual transaction data obtained from your third-party invoicing or accounting applications (for example, “QuickBooks,” “Xero,” “Clio” etc.), (c) uploading user generated content and other information uploaded to the Site (d)sending us an email message; (e) submitting a form or transmitting other information by telephone or letter; or (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site.

We will primarily use your PII to provide product or service offerings to you. We will also use certain forms of PII to enhance the operation of our Site, improve our internal marketing and promotional efforts, statistically analyze Site use, improve our product and service offerings, and customize our Site’s content, layout, and services. We may use certain information about you without identifying you as an individual to third parties. We do this for purposes such as analyzing how the Service is used, diagnosing service or technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing content. We may also use PII to deliver information to you and to contact you regarding administrative notices. Finally, we may use your PII to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our agreements with you, including our Site Terms of Use, and this Privacy Policy.

We may also collect, or our third-party advertising partners may collect certain Aggregate Information. For example, we may use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers, and software, to administer our Site, and to gather demographic information. Our third-party advertising partners may also provide us with aggregate, but not individual reports that will tell us how many ads were presented and clicked upon at our Site.

3. Cookies

Depending on how you use our Site, we will store cookies on your computer in order to collect certain aggregate data about our users and to customize certain aspects of your specific user experience. A cookie is a small data text file that is stored on your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. 4. Release of Information

JEYCA LLC and “myautobiz.co” will not sell, trade, or rent your PII to others. We do provide some of our product and service offerings through contractual arrangements made with affiliates, service providers, partners, and other third parties (“Service Partners”). We and our Service Partners may need to use some PII in order to perform tasks between our respective sites, or to deliver products or services to you. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for products and services purchased on this Site; release your address information to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered; and provide order information to third parties that help us provide customer service.

We will encourage our Service Partners to adopt and promote strong privacy policies. However, the use of your PII by our Service Partners is governed by the respective privacy policies of those providers and is not subject to our control. Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. Other Sites accessible through this Site, including our Advertising and Service Partners, have their own privacy policies and data collection, use, and disclosure practices. Please consult each Site’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties.

Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide PII to the appropriate governmental authorities. In such cases, we will disclose PII upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

We may also provide Aggregate Information about our customers’ sales, traffic patterns, and related Site information to third-party advertisers, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.

5. Updating and Correcting Information

We believe you should have the ability to access and edit the PII that you have provided to us. You may change any of your PII in your account online at any time by linking to your account in accordance with instructions posted elsewhere on this Site.

We encourage you to promptly update your PII if it changes. You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, some information, such as past transactions, logs of technical support calls, or other information may not be deleted. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups.

6. User Choices on Collection and Use of Information

We may, from time to time, send you emails regarding new products and services that we feel may interest you. In addition, if you indicated upon registration that you are interested in receiving offers or information from us and our partners, we may occasionally call or send you direct mail about products and services that may be of interest to you. Only JEYCA LLC and “myautobiz.co” (or agents working on behalf of JEYCA LLC and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these solicitations, and only if you have previously indicated that you wish to receive them. If you do not want to receive solicitations from us, you can “opt-out” by accessing your account online and editing your account information to no longer receive such offers and mailings.

You also have choices with respect to cookies, as described above. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies some parts of our Site may not work properly in your case.

7. Security of Your PII

At our Site, you can be assured that your PII is secure, and consistent with current industry standards. We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your PII. For example:

• We work hard to ensure that the data we collect is reliable, accurate, complete, and current. We encrypt all PII, in order to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to us. For example, we may provide members of our technical support team with limited access to your account in order to allow them to troubleshoot problems you may be having with the Site.

• Additionally, we also employ a number of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect PII. Our secure servers and our data centers are protected by industry-standard encryption, and our servers reside behind firewalls and employ high-level password protection.

• Finally, access by you to your PII is available through a password and unique customer ID selected by you. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone.

In order to most effectively serve you, credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled by established third-party banking institutions and processing agents (such as e.g. PayPal, Stripe, etc…). They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card or other payment information and to process and ship your order.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your PII, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed. As we have no control or ability to monitor the security of your device, you should take measures reasonably available to secure your device.

In the event that PII is compromised as a result of a breach of security, JEYCA LLC and “myautobiz.co” will promptly notify those persons whose PII has been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy, by email, or as otherwise required by applicable law. You agree to immediately notify us and your Clients if you have experienced a breach of security on your device which may have affected the security of our Site or Service.

8. Miscellaneous

You must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use this Site. By agreeing to Our Policy, you are hereby confirming that you are at least of 18 years old. Our policy is that we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose PII about minor visitors.

You should also be aware that when Personally Identifiable Information is voluntarily disclosed (i.e. your name, email address, etc.) in the discussion forums or other public areas on this Site, that information, along with any information disclosed in your communication, can be collected and used by third parties and may result in unsolicited messages (including unwanted spam messages) from third parties. Such activities are beyond our control and this Policy does not apply to such information.

9. GDPR: European or UK data subjects

Our clients use the “myautobiz.co” website and software to collect and process the personal data of individuals, which may include individuals in the EU and/or the UK. In particular, they use the software to manage their marketing lists and campaigns, which includes the processing of the personal data of their customers.

For the purposes of the GDPR (and the UK GDPR) “myautobiz.co” acts as a processor of the personal data of data subjects. The controller of the data subjects’ personal data is either our client or the customers of our client.

We only process such personal data in accordance with the instructions of our client and in compliance with our obligations as a processor. We ensure that a data processing agreement is entered into between us and our client in order to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place.

Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective as of April 1, 2022, between JEYCA LLC of Lakeland, Florida, and its associates and people who sign up to be a member of www.myautobiz.co and its affiliated sites (app.myautobiz.co), training and courses.

The owner is JEYCA LLC who is engaged in offering a customized MyAutoBiz.co software, CRM, additional tools, software, videos, and virtual training. The client is defined as somebody who is or has signed up to be engaged in Direct to Consumer Sales and Small Businesses, Personal Coaching, and Training Services who are involved in Direct to Consumer Sales and is an active paying member of app.myautobiz.com and JEYCA LLC.

To protect the Owners MyAutoBiz.co CRM customization from being replicated or copied in other accounts pertaining to videos training, campaigns, system triggers, workflow, additional integrated tools, sales scripts, Automation Series, MyAutoBiz.com CRM training, and Sales Training through the app.myautobiz.co, the Owner has requested, and the Client agrees (by way of being a paying member) that the Client will protect the confidential material and intellectual property which may be disclosed between the Owner and the Client. Therefore, the parties agree as follows:

I. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. The term "Confidential Information" means any information or material which is proprietary of JEYCA LLC and myautobiz.co, whether or not owned or developed by JEYCA LLC and myautobiz.co, which is not generally known other than by JEYCA LLC and myautobiz.co, and which The Client may obtain through any direct or indirect contact with JEYCA LLC and myautobiz.co.

a) Confidential Information includes without limitation:

1. Business Records and Business Plans

2. Trade Secrets and Copyrighted Material

3. Intellectual Property and Customized Automations and Series

4. How to and Technical Information

5. Ideas and Product Designs and any information related to Customized Software

6. Source code and/or Object code and related coding and software

And/or any/all other proprietary information.

b) Confidential Information does not include:

1. Matters of public knowledge that result from disclosure by JEYCA LLC and myautobiz.co.

2. Any information that was rightfully received by The Client from a third party without a duty of confidentiality

3. Any information independently developed by The Client

4. Any information disclosed by operation of law

5. Information disclosed by The Client with the prior written consent of JEYCA LLC and myautobiz.co and any other information that both parties agree in writing is not confidential.

II. PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. The Client understands and acknowledges that the Confidential Information has been developed or obtained by JEYCA LLC, app.myautobiz.co, and myautobiz.co by the investment of significant time, effort, and expense, and that the Confidential Information is a valuable, special and unique asset of JEYCA LLC, app.myautobiz.co, and myautobiz.co which provides JEYCA LLC, app.myautobiz.co, and myautobiz.co with a significant competitive advantage, and needs to be protected from improper disclosure. In consideration for the disclosure of the Confidential Information, The Client agrees to hold in confidence and to not disclose the Confidential Information to any person or entity without the prior written consent of JEYCA LLC the Owner of app.myautobiz.co, and myautobiz.co

In addition, The Client agrees that:

No Copying/Modifying. The Client will not copy or modify any Confidential Information without the prior written consent of JEYCA LLC the Owner of JEYCA LLC, app.myautobiz.co, and myautobiz.co.

Application to Employees and Business Partners. Further, The Client shall not disclose any Confidential Information to any employees and Business Partners of The Client, except those employees and Business Partners who are required to have the Confidential Information in order to perform their job duties and Businesses in connection with the limited purposes of this Agreement. Each permitted employee and Business Partner to whom Confidential Information is disclosed shall sign a non-disclosure agreement substantially the same as this Agreement at the request of JEYCA LLC.

Unauthorized Disclosure of Information. If it appears that The Client has disclosed (or has threatened to disclose) Confidential Information in violation of this Agreement, JEYCA LLC shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain The Client from disclosing, in whole or in part, the Confidential Information. JEYCA LLC shall not be prohibited by this provision from pursuing other remedies, including a claim for losses and damages.

Owner agrees that any data imported into the CRM by the Client belong only to the Client and cannot be used in any way by the Owner. Data will also be protected in a HIPPA Compliant CRM to add an additional layer of security. The owner will not download data, sell data, re-market to data, or view data without the Clients permission to do so in the event of diagnosing any potential issues or automation designs that the Client is requesting the review of from the Owner or employed/contracted by Owner.

III. NO WARRANTY. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Confidential Information is provided on an AS-IS basis. JEYCA LLC and MYAUTOBIZ.CO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL JEYCA LLC or MYAUTOBIZ.CO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE PERFORMANCE OR USE OF ANY PORTION OF THE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. JEYCA LLC does not represent or warrant that any product or business plans disclosed to The Client will be marketed or carried out as disclosed, or at all. Any actions taken by The Client in response to the disclosure of the Confidential Information shall be solely at the risk of The Client.

IV. LIMITED LICENSE TO USE. The Client shall not acquire any intellectual property rights under this Agreement except the limited right to use set out above. The Client acknowledges that, as between JEYCA LLC and The Client, the Confidential Information and all related copyrights and other intellectual property rights, are (and at all times will be) the property of JEYCA LLC, even if suggestions, comments, and/or ideas made by The Client are incorporated into the Confidential Information or related materials during the period of this Agreement.

The Owner agrees that any data brought into the CRM by the client, whether it be lead or customer data, belongs only to the Client and cannot be kept or used by the Owner.

V. GENERAL PROVISIONS. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties regarding confidentiality. The obligations of confidentiality shall survive indefinitely from the date of disclosure of the Confidential Information. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Utah. This Agreement shall not be assignable by either party, and neither party may delegate its duties under this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the other party. The confidentiality provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect after the effective date of this Agreement.

Our Guarantee

You will retain exclusive rights to all leads and client data that you input into MyAutoBiz.co. We will not sell or otherwise share any data stored in app.myautobiz.co. We understand you are giving us your trust as we will be able to see and access your data and we want you to feel 100% secure in the safety of your data.

We want you to be sure you're spending money wisely. If you purchase any of our products and decide it's not for you, for any reason, we will exchange the software/course/products/services for an equal or greater value.

So, for example, if you purchased a $99 monthly subscription, we would give you at least $99 So no matter what, you're covered!

SMS/Voice Pricing

Your wallet will be charged $10 when you start using the pre-built text and voicemail sequences. You will also be charged nominally for any voice calls you make.

Platinum users pay:

• Texts - $0.0079/SMS per segment (160 Characters) (most texts contain 1-2 segments)

• Voice - Outgoing $0.0136/min

Professional users Pay:

• Texts - $0.0112/SMS per segment

• Voice - Outgoing $0.0195/min

Standards Users Pay:

• Texts - $0.015/SMS segment

• Voice - Outgoing $0.026/min

Service Usage

It is solely your responsibility to know about all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the access, use, storage and security of data identifying consumers that we offer to you, and to act in line with them. You agree that you’ll maintain commercially reasonable physical, electronic and procedural controls, care and protection to protect any such consumer information received under the terms herein from any unauthorized use or disclosure, including the maintenance of proper security to limit access to the consumer data solely to carry out the purposes for which such information was disclosed.

While we have access to your data, we will not attempt to alter it without your knowledge. You do grant us access to make sure your system is operating properly, messages are being sent out, and other auditing services. We will spot check accounts to make sure everything works correctly, and no errors have occurred.

Training and Courses

Only one Individual or one Entity will have access to the course per purchase, obviously :). We will track logins based on IP address. We understand that you may access the course from multiple devices or locations, but excessive logins from multiple locations will trigger an audit and if it is determined that access is being shared with other Individuals or one Entities, the purchasing Individual or one Entity will be charged.

Express Written Consent

You will get express written consent to send out emails, SMS, voicemails, dials and any other form of communication before using MyAutoBiz.co's services. You will in no way cold email, cold text, cold call, cold voicemail drop any contacts. Everyone you reach out to must be either a recent opted in client or lead that has requested your services AND given you express written consent and you have offered a double opt in.

Dialing Times & Time Zones

It is your responsibility to make sure not to dial outside of TCPA sanctioned hours. Check with the states in which you dial. Non-compliance or outside of hour dialing, whether automated or manual is the user's responsibility. Make sure your time zone in the system is correct before use. Make sure any campaigns you use are set to send out after the time you want. If you do not know how to change your campaigns, please reach out to MyAutoBiz.co at MyAutoBiz.co@jeycallc.com so that we can assist you. But even with our assistance and Virtual Assistants helping set up your system, it is still your responsibility to stay compliant. You indemnify JEYCA LLC, and MyAutoBiz.co from any TCPA violations that result from outside hour calls.

Voice/SMS Credits

You can be charged $10 after you create your account to fill up your wallet for SMS and voice credits to use with MyAutoBiz.co. Then you pay as you go. Once you drop below your preset threshold, you will be charged again.

Warranties & Disclaimer

As a Business Owner you warrant and represent that:

• the use of the leads and any interactions with and information provided to consumers will be in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, statutes, rules and regulations, governing the marketing, sales, and/or promotion of goods and/or services, including with no limitation to the general consumer protection laws and regulations, or any other consumer protection laws that hinder unfair or misleading acts or practices;

• you will correctly upload your leads based on the age so that no lead will be called or texted through our technology past the 90 day cutoff period.

• without restraining the foregoing, you’ll make no calls to any person on any federal or state national Do-Not-Call (DNC) registry in the exception of an exemption;

• you’ll use no lead information for the purpose of determining a person’s eligibility for employment, credit or otherwise in any manner that violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act;

• you’ve disclosed the existence of any federal or state decrees, orders, or consent agreements, as well as any pending informal or formal government investigations. Also, you warrant that if you’re involved or named in any kind of action, complaint, investigation or any other proceeding by or before any governmental or regulatory agency, or any private party, you’ll provide immediate notice to Calendar Leads of any such action, complaint, investigation or any other proceeding; and

• you’ll make sure that your company, employees, as well as contractors, comply with all the above.

• you agree that you will not chargeback any credit card charges as you understand all goods are purchased by MyAutoBiz.co immediately after your charge goes through. If you would like to stop any recurring charges, please email MyAutoBiz.co@jeycallc.com If recurring payment does not go through, we will seek to contact you to fix the issue, but if it is not resolved, we will have to turn off your access to MyAutoBiz.co until payment has been made. We will try to keep your stored data, but after failed payment we cannot make any promises.

The recurring charges are automatic. The system will attempt to charge your card on the scheduled day. If your charge does not go through, the system will periodically try to re-charge your card to get your payment caught up. If you cancel or your recurring charge does not go through, you will have 48 hours to retrieve any data and then your services will be turned off.

• you agree and understand that there will be no refunds after you have been charged.

Any services and the site are provided “as is”, “where is”. Neither party makes any sort of warranties to the other. Also, all statutory, implied or other warranties are disclaimed to the highest extent permitted by law, including with no limitation to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, non-infringement, compliance with relevant laws, title, or while dealing or trading. We don’t guarantee in any way that any information provided by the consumer will be correct or complete, or that the results will be realized from the leads, including any customer conversion rates. You understand that leads and contact information you gather must be screened or validated by you.

Changes

MyAutoBiz.co and JEYCA LLC retains the right, based on sole discretion, to modify any part of this Agreement. It is totally your responsible to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued usage of the site following the posting of any changes to this Agreement suggests an acceptance of those changes. Also, MyAutoBiz.co and JEYCA LLC may, in the future, provide new services and/or features via the site (including, the release of new tools as well as resources). Any new features or/and services shall be subject to the Terms of this Agreement.

Non-Shareable/Non-Transferable

You may not share or transfer your MyAutoBiz.co account to another user or another individual, business owner and/or any entity. Every individual, business owner and/or any entity must have their own MyAutoBiz.co account. You may add additional users, such as Administrated Assistants, Virtual Assistants, Appointment Setters, and employee at the designated business location but not additional users from other business locations.

Termination

MyAutoBiz.co and JEYCA LLC or it's associates may terminate your access to all or any part of the site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If you decide to terminate this Agreement or your account, you may simply discontinue using the site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have an account, such account can only be terminated by MyAutoBiz.co and JEYCA LLC if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of MyAutoBiz.co's notice to you thereof; provided that, MyAutoBiz.co can cease the site at any time as part of a general shut down of our service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided ‘as is’. MyAutoBiz.co and JEYCA LLC and its suppliers, licensors and affiliate companies hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither MyAutoBiz.co or JEYCA LLC nor its suppliers and licensors make any warranty that the site will be error-free or that access to it will be continuous or uninterrupted. You acknowledge that you download from, or otherwise acquire content or services via, the site at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will MyAutoBiz.co and JEYCA LLC, Jose Gonzalez, or its licensors or suppliers, be liable regarding any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, tort, negligence, liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any incidental, special, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of acquisition or substitute products or/and services; (iii) for the interruption of usage or loss or the corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that raise the fees paid by you to MyAutoBiz.co and JEYCA LLC under this agreement MyAutoBiz.co and JEYCA LLC shall have no form of liability for any failure or delay owing to matters beyond its reasonable control. The foregoing may not apply to the extent prohibited by relevant law.

If a dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure.

The parties hereby submit the following dispute to mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures [the clause may also provide for the qualifications of the mediator(s), the method for allocating fees and expenses, the locale of meetings, time limits, or any other item of concern to the parties].

General Representation and Warranty

Each user represents and warrants that (i) your use of the site will be in strict accordance with the MyAutoBiz.co and JEYCA LLC Privacy Statement, with this Agreement as well as with all relevant laws and regulations (including any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, as regards online conduct and acceptable content, and including all relevant laws as regards the transmission of technical data exported from the U.S. or the country in which you dwell) and (ii) your usage of the site won’t infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyAutoBiz.co and JEYCA LLC, Jose Gonzalez, its contractors, and its licensors, as well as their respective directors, employees, agents and officers from and against any claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, resulting from your usage of the site, including from your violation this Agreement.

You personally agree to abide by all state and federal laws pertaining to contracting, licensing, solicitation, Can-Spam Act, the federal and state Do Not Call lists and anything TCPA related.

Arbitration Clause

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration chosen by JEYCA LLC and Jose Gonzalez and paid for by you. The place of arbitration shall be Lakeland, Florida. Florida law shall apply. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof in Florida.

Miscellaneous & NDA

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between MyAutoBiz.co, JEYCA LLC and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of MyAutoBiz.co and JEYCA LLC.

The dominant party in any action or proceeding to implement this Agreement shall be entitled to any costs as well as attorneys’ fees. If any area of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, that area will be interpreted to reproduce the parties’ original intent, and the remaining areas will remain in full force and effect. Any waiver by any party of any term of this Agreement or any violation thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or any subsequent violation thereof. You may assign your rights within this Agreement to any party that consents to be bound by, its terms; MyAutoBiz.co and/or JEYCA LLC may assign its rights within this Agreement without any condition. This Agreement will remain binding upon and will inure to the advantage of the parties, their successors as well as acceptable assigns.

Recipient understands and agrees that any use or dissemination of confidential information is violation of this agreement and will cause irreparable harm, and that monetary damages may not be sufficient. Breach of this agreement shall allow us any remedies available at law or equity.

Any unauthorized use of information .i.e. any and all texts, files, media, and signatures, or any action taken or omitted to be taken, is strictly FORBIDDEN and UNLAWFUL and constitutes theft, violation of privacy and property. All Rights Reserved under; the Constitution for the United States of America; Statues at Large Vol. 8, pages 100-105, 1836-37, Statues at Large Vol. 8, pages 484-487.

Whatever is authored by MyAutoBiz.co and/or JEYCA LLC, Jose Gonzalez is copy protected and remains as MyAutoBiz.co and JEYCA LLC property. Access, disclosure, distribution, copying of and or copying by any means by any device or retrieval systems is prohibited without the explicit written permission of the author. Reliance on any of it by anyone without doing further research, proving, having proof, or verifying is prohibited. Violations, infringements, and or offences may result in civil and or criminal actions, and or tried by common law an arbitrated by whom I choose in the state of Florida. This agreement will be governed by the laws of Florida.

All information, systems, setups, workflows, triggers, campaigns, ad copy, websites, landing pages, funnel pages, marketing webpages, processes are confidential, and you agree to not attempt to replicate or reproduce our work. This agreement is between you and anyone else you give access to your MyAutoBiz.co account. If required to share this information with any government agency or via the courts, you may with written approval.
